This week the tech dept. is down to 73 documented tickets. Down 35 tickets from the previous week. We are finally making some headway.

 

 

NOECA will be adding memory to the Progressbook server and will reboot the server at 10pm Friday, Sept. 11th.  If you loose connectivity while using PB  please be patience while the server comes back online.

 

Communications 

 

We are trying to improve our communication with requests sent to [email protected].

 

If you are not receiving messages from your request within 48 hours, please search Gmail by using this tutorial below.

If you want to create teacher website and post it on your buildings website please do the following:

 

Email [email protected] to submit a ticket.

 

We will create an account and a teacher webpage for you. You can use the self help tutorials by going to http://support.eschoolview.com/  or schedule at time in which Jeff can come by to get you started.

 

 

Moodle Migration (from Moodle 1.9, and 2.6 to 2.8) training is scheduled for the following dates.

Wed. September 16 from 2:35 to 3:20

Tues. September 22 from 2:35 to 3:20

Thurs. October 1 from 2:35 to 3:20

 

All classes are at the high school computer lab.
