MAPLEHURST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION AND SCREENING for 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR.
The Norwalk City School District will conduct kindergarten registration and screening this coming spring for the 2024-2025 school year.
Registration will begin on March 1st and you must complete the online registration using,
FinalForms. Norwalk City School District has collaborated with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service, to simplify the back-to-school process for our families while reducing our paper usage. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign enrollment for your child or children with ease.
Scheduling for screening will take place online as well. The screenings will take place on the following dates/times:
*On Thursday April 11th and Tuesday 23rd we will hold screening at
Maplehurst Elementary School from 4:15pm-7:00pm on both days.
In the month of May screening will be Thursday May 9th and
Tuesday, May 14th at the Norwalk High School both sessions begin
at 8:00am -3:00pm on both days.

Schedule Screening Date. You then will be directed to select a screening time and date for your appointment. At your scheduled time, please bring the
following documents with you to your appointment and we can make copies for you:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Custody Paperwork (if applicable)
- Two Forms of Proof of Residency (Water Statement/ Gas or Electric Bill)
- Driver's License or State ID
