The senior girls dominated the junior girls 36-24 this week at the annual Powder Puff football game. Seniors were led by receiver Taryn Temple, and quarterbacks Audryn Ott and Trinity Lazzara. Junior CJ Bennett also had an outstanding game as quarterback. Thanks also to the pep band for braving the cold to entertain the crowd.

Maplehurst staff would like to thank all the parents who took the time to come for parent teacher conferences this week, we appreciate you.
We would also like to thank Taqueria La Michoacana for providing the opportunity for staff and families to purchase dinner throughout the evening.
Unfortunately for some, it appears there was a sticky note bandit who thought some vehicles could use a little more color.

Students on the 5th Grade Blue Team recently explored the importance of balance within ecosystems through a creative science project. Each student designed a food chain and examined what would happen if one key organism went missing. They had a lot of fun creating the projects and presenting them. Good work, Team Blue! đź’™
