Urgent message from Norwalk City School District regarding online learning plan.

Mrs. Muskovich's third graders have been learning about how to round to the nearest 10 and 100. One of the students' favorite games to play is called Grab It, where she says a number and what it rounds to and they have to try to be the first one to "grab" it from the chart. The first one to grab it wins the round. Teams with the most points at the end of the game wins.
We have also been continuing to work on memorizing our multiplication facts. Check out these pictures of students quizzing each other on their facts. Students are working on earning an ice cream party at the end of the year by memorizing each of their time tables.

Students in Mrs. Kopfstein's 2nd grade class enjoyed reading, "Mr. Putter & Tabby See the Stars" under the stars in their classroom. They used flashlights as they read and completed a sequencing paper. So much fun!

Mrs. Gamble’s class earned a whole class reward! Kepler came and played tic-tac-toe with us and stayed for a special story!
