Today students started a toy car friction lab that will help them compare how different surfaces affect motion.
Mrs. Muskovich's third graders have been learning about how to round to the nearest 10 and 100. One of the students' favorite games to play is called Grab It, where she says a number and what it rounds to and they have to try to be the first one to "grab" it from the chart. The first one to grab it wins the round. Teams with the most points at the end of the game wins.
