Second graders in Mrs. Kopfstein's class completed a series of academic challenges to earn the "ingredients" to make hot chocolate. Once everyone successfully completed each station, they were treated to a hot chocolate bar with lots of yummy toppings. What a fun way to start Quarter 3!

🎉 Student Reward Spotlight at Pleasant Elementary 🎉 In Mrs. Acierto’s and Mrs. Harps’ classroom, students are working hard to earn stickers through our classroom reward system. Once a student fills their sticker chart, they get to spin a prize wheel for a special reward! Our first student recently earned the chance to play tic-tac-toe with our school facility dog, Kepler 🐾. The excitement was contagious, and students loved seeing Kepler in action. It was a wonderful moment celebrating positive behavior and motivation!

Middle School students who contributed ten or more cans to the building's canned food drive got the opportunity to decorate a "Christmas Tree" (Mr. Bement) on Friday. The school exceeded its original goal of 300 cans by bringing in over 1100 canned and nonperishable food items during the week-long drive, all of which benefited local families. Mr. Bement agreed to don the costume as part of the incentive for having such a successful collection.
