Updated Services

Over Spring Break the Technology Department removed 2 switches causing bottlenecks and replaced them with a single switch. The new switch was rerouted to allow smoother flow of information and to give improved Internet speeds

Laptop Replacements

Starting in the 2016-2017 the Technology Department will begin replacing staff laptops. Those being replace will have a choice of 2 laptops/tablets that best suit their needs.

New NHS Video Broadcast Switcher/Producer

The new broadcast switcher/producer is capable of the following

Recording and producing video and audio in 1080p (Full High Definition).
Live streaming in 1080p (Full High Definition).
Live streaming to from multiple cameras.
Creating virtual new sets for staging news casts.
Recording and producing video from 4 cameras.
The ability to connect to 2 cameras wirelessly.
