Norwalk Middle School Fall Athletics 2024

All athletes must have an athletic physical turned in by Aug. 1st in order to participate at practice or tryouts.

Fill out all the information on final forms for athletics. Completed physical forms can be uploaded to final forms or handed in to the coach or the middle school office.

***Mandatory OHSAA Parents meeting for all parents grades 7-12 July 30th in the main gym at Norwalk High School 6:00 PM***
