The Huron County Community Health Partners — which includes Fisher-Titus Medical Center Emergency Room, Mercy Health - Willard Emergency Room and The Bellevue Hospital — are offering free drug test kits to parents in the community. Huron County Public Health also offers drug test kits at cost ($6).
