Mrs. Piscitello's Class worked together to answer the following three questions:
1. What is the purpose of our class?
2. What is the most important thing we need to do to be successful this year?
3. How can our class work together to be most effective?
The class then brainstormed ideas on the whiteboard and CleverTouch. As a class, they pulled together a variety of ideas they wanted to focus on all year long. Mrs.Piscitello's Class wanted learning, kindness, and fun to be included in their daily school routine. After the mission statement was written, Mrs. Piscitello and her students signed it. That way all students bought into the statement and had ownership of the mission.
